Prime Street, LLC is offering licensed real estate agents the chance to win a $1,000 cash prize. Agents earn entries by reporting closed transactions through the PrimeStreet app. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
There are two ways to enter this sweepstakes. No purchase or platform subscription is required to participate.
Method 1 – App Entry: Log in to the PrimeStreet app and report a closed real estate transaction during the sweepstakes period. Each closed transaction reported earns one entry; multiple transactions may be reported for multiple entries.
Method 2 – Free Mail-In Entry: Hand-print your full legal name, email address, phone number, state of licensure, and real estate license number on a sheet of paper and mail it in an envelope to the address below. Limit one mail-in entry per person per calendar quarter.

Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Entries submitted by third parties or sweepstakes entry services will be disqualified. Limit one mail-in entry per person per calendar quarter.
Open to licensed real estate agents holding a valid, active U.S. real estate license at the time of entry.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater).
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Prime Street, LLC and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law. Residents of states where this sweepstakes is prohibited by law are not eligible to enter.
Drawing Date
One winner will be randomly selected at the end of each calendar quarter.
Prize
One grand prize of $1,000 USD. Non-transferable; no cash substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.
Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. A Form 1099 will be issued if required by law.
The potential winner will be selected by random drawing and notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the drawing.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days or fails to respond, another winner may be selected.
The potential winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and/or Publicity Release within 5 days of notification.
Proof of a valid, active real estate license is required prior to prize award.

Governing Law: This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Norfolk, Virginia.
General Conditions: Prime Street, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner's consent to Prime Street, LLC's use of their name, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Privacy: Information collected through this sweepstakes is subject to Prime Street, LLC's Privacy Policy.
