PrimeStreet connects individuals with third party service providers, such as real estate agents and brokers to facilitate real estate and other transactions.

Do-Not-Track Signals

In the event the transaction does not go through, we will require, by contract, the other party or parties to the transaction not to use or disclose your personally identifiable information in any manner whatsoever for any purpose, and to return or destroy such personally identifiable information.

We may disclose without restriction aggregated information about our users and information that does not identify an individual.

If we contact you by email, you can use the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the email.  If we contact you by phone, you can let us know that you do not want us to contact you in the future.  If we contact you by text message, you can text us back and indicate that you do not want to be contacted in the future.  You can also use the Opt-Out Form to indicate that you do not want to receive any further communications from us.  

 

If you do not want us to share your personally identifiable information with a third party service provider, you can use the Opt-Out Form. Any personally identifiable information we shared with a third party service provider prior to receiving your request through the Opt-Out Form, will be governed by the privacy policy of the third party service provider. 

 

If you are a third party service provider, such as a real estate agent or broker using our services, how we use and disclose your personal information, including personally identifiable information, will be governed by the terms of our service agreements.

We have in place what we believe to be reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access of, maintain data security for and correctly use the personal information you have provided. HOWEVER, WHILE SUCH EFFORTS ARE INTENDED TO ENSURE THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO US AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, WE CANNOT AND DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE ABSOLUTE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
