Prime Street, LLC (“PrimeStreet”, “we”, or “us”) connects prospective home buyers and sellers, who have expressly opted in to being connected, with third parties such as real estate agents and brokers to facilitate real estate and other transactions.  We provide this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect from or about visitors to our website, how we use it, and who we share it with, along with the rights and choices you may have with respect to your information.  This Privacy Policy applies to primestreet.io and any of our other websites that link to this Privacy Policy.

We provide agent-matching services to help you find a real estate professional that can assist you in buying or selling a home.  If you are interested in matching with a real estate pro, you can fill out this form or call us at the number listed on the form, which will require you to provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, city and state, the max price you are willing to pay in buying a home, as well as other optional information.

Real Estate Professionals

We provide current and prospective clients (i.e., real estate professionals) with several tools to identify and connect with prospective home buyers and sellers, which may involve the collection of information from current or prospective clients that visit our website.  However, this Privacy Policy does not apply to such individuals.  Instead, if you are a client of PrimeStreet, such as a real estate agent or broker using our services, how we use and disclose your personal information will be governed by the terms of our service agreements.

Job Applicants

If you are interested in a career with PrimeStreet you may find listings of our available positions by visiting the “Careers” link at the bottom of any webpage.  If you apply for one or more job opportunities, you will be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, and current city and state. You will also have the opportunity to share with us other professional information, such as resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. This information may be collected by PrimeStreet or by one or more of our affiliates and used for the purpose of considering your job application.

 

Automatic Collection

Providing & Improving Our Services

We also may use information collected from or about any website visitor to provide and improve our website, including to analyze website traffic and troubleshoot technical issues.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personally identifiable information, as follows:

  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them (e.g., companies that process credit card information, analyze data, and provide search results and links);   
  • In connection with a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business for the purpose of evaluating and/or performing the proposed transaction (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings). If you do not want us to share your personally identifiable information with a third party service provider (e.g., real estate agent or broker), you can also use the Opt-Out Form. Any personally identifiable information we shared with a third party service provider prior to receiving your request through the Opt-Out Form will be governed by the privacy policy of the third party service provider.
